Bad breath can embarrass you anywhere, even if your personality and your clothes are of high quality but if your breath smells bad then it can spoil all your efforts.
No one will like to sit and talk with you if you have bad breath. This is a situation which makes you feel embarrassed again and again. However, apart from your diet, some diseases are also responsible for this. But this is not a serious problem, you can get rid of it easily.
Causes of bad breath–
- Due to improper digestion, bad breath occurs. In fact, the juice of what we eat starts rotting in our intestines and the mouth starts smelling.
- Constipation also causes bad breath.
- If there is any wound or boil in the stomach, it also smells bad.
- The mouth smells bad even after consuming meat and alcohol.
- Tooth decay, pyorrhea or other diseases in the teeth cause bad breath.
How to stop this smell-
- You can avoid bad breath by keeping your teeth clean, brush twice a day and also clean your tongue.
- Get your teeth checked regularly, this problem also occurs due to dental disease.
- Drinking green tea also prevents bad breath, because it contains antibacterial components, which remove bad odour.
- If you smoke cigarettes, it also causes bad breath. Therefore, do not smoke too many cigarettes.
- Drinking water keeps the body healthy and water acts like saliva in the mouth, and also does not smell bad.
- If you chew gum, chew sugar free gum, it prevents bad breath.
Some home remedies–
- Boiling pomegranate bark in water and gargling with it prevents bad breath.
- Chewing dried coriander can also provide relief from bad breath.
- Mix some salt in mustard oil and massage your teeth and gums once a day, the bad smell will go away.
- Eat four-five basil leaves daily and drink water over it.
- Holding a clove in the mouth and sucking it also removes bad breath.
- Chewing half a teaspoon of fennel seeds after eating helps in digestion of food and prevents bad breath.
